GalamseyGuard is a platform to fight illegal mining in Ghana. We’re run by a team passionate about protecting our land and communities. You can reach us at support@galamseyguard.org.

2. How You Can Use GalamseyGuard

You’re welcome to:

• Submit reports about galamsey activities.
• View stats and community updates.
• Use the app offline and sync later.

But please don’t:

• Use it for anything illegal or harmful.
• Spam, harass, or post fake reports.
• Try to hack or mess with the app.

3. Your Reports

When you submit a report, you’re giving us permission to:

• Share it with authorities and the community.
• Use it to improve the app or raise awareness (anonymously if you prefer).

You’re responsible for what you post, so keep it truthful and respectful.

4. Our Rights

We can:

• Update or change the app anytime.
• Remove content that breaks these rules.
• Suspend or ban accounts if needed (we’ll try to warn you first).

5. Offline Use

GalamseyGuard works offline! Reports you make without internet will sync when you’re back online. Just know that local data stays on your device until then—we can’t control what happens if your device is lost or broken.

6. Liability Stuff

We work hard to keep GalamseyGuard running smoothly, but:

• It’s “as is”—no guarantees it’s perfect.
• We’re not liable for issues like data loss or app downtime (though we’ll do our best to fix things).

7. Changes to These Terms

We might tweak these terms as we grow. We’ll notify you via email or in the app if anything major changes. Keep using the app, and you’re agreeing to the updates.
